Demand for AI training and inference capacity is growing far faster than the supply of facilities engineered for it. Most existing Central-European and Adriatic-region capacity was built for general colocation — air-cooled halls at 5–10 kW per rack — which cannot support GPU-dense AI workloads drawing 40–100+ kW without costly retrofits. Independent, purpose-built, liquid-cooled AI capacity is essentially absent from the Goriška region and the wider western-Slovenia corridor today. ECOlogic is built to meet exactly that need.

A new-build facility on a confirmed 8,247 m² site in Bilje (parcels 459, 465, 466, k.o. Bilje), contributed by ECOlogic as landowner and delivery partner. Designed to Uptime Institute Tier III+ standards with selective Tier IV halls for the most demanding workloads.
The data hall is a single-level, clear-span tension-fabric structure with 100% direct-to-chip liquid cooling and a ground-mounted heat-rejection yard — proven engineering and operational predictability, delivered in a single stage rather than staged phases.

Redundant standby generation with extended on-site fuel reserves for grid-disruption events.
